Mentor2Youth is a 501(3)(c) nonprofit organization. Donations from our community business partners and individuals make the dream possible. Your donations help make sure we can continue to offer programs to our students that make an impact on their academic careers. Consider donating to a worthy cause: become one of our engineers and help build the bridge to our students’ dreams.

Volunteer+with+Child

it takes engineers to build bridges.

Would you help us bridge the opportunity gaps?

Our fundraising campaign allows contributors to choose their donation level and set up a one-time or recurring payment. Become one of our Deck supports for a pledge of $10 or go above and beyond and become an Anchorage Supporter for a pledge of $3000 or more.

Our contributors frequently become one of our Civil Engineers—ambassadors to the program who help recruit other community members. Our Civil Engineers leverage their social and business contacts to grow produce other engineers. Invite your colleagues and friends to one of our quarterly events and help us expand our network engineers.

Writing in class

Donations in kind

We need all kinds of educational resources. Those unable to pledge a cash donation often opt to give a donation in kind. Our students need basic school supplies like pens, pencils, paper, notebooks, binders and backpacks. We also need chalk, books for our reading programs and calculators for high school STEM students. If you’re a local business or individual with extra office supplies, contact us to see how you can provide the materials that will keep us building the bridge.

VOLUNTEERS

We need leaders and successful business owners to mentor our students and model what success looks like in our community. Part of the achievement gap is a lack of career-planning and awareness, and our bridgebuilding programs need guest speakers to come and introduce students to career options. A few hours of your time will help a student discover a career path or interest that may guide them for the rest of our lives.
