Mentor 2 Youth’s Young Queens Program implements the Raising Royalty framework, a holistic approach to support and empowerment. Using the common colloquial phrase, “Life is chess not checkers” Mentor 2 Youth promotes an inside-out approach to engaging black males in character development through the lifelong implications of everyday decision making. Young Queens is a female engagement platform for Raising Royalty.
