Guiding Principles & Actions

Our guiding principles are the Nguzo Saba: Unity, Self-determination, Cooperative Economics, Purpose, Creativity, and Faith. All of this is manifested through our guiding actions of Expressing Care, Challenging Growth, Providing Support, Sharing Power, and Expanding Possibilities.

Program theme

Raising Royalty is the holistic theme behind the evolution of Mentor2Youth. This holistic approach is best represented by a Chess Not Checkers mentality that promotes royalty through an inside-out approach to character development. We establish elite habits in the areas of Purpose, Love, Finances, Wisdom, Community, and Discipline.
